Last updated: 14 July 2026
Who we are
BRNIQ is operated by BrnIQ Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. BRNIQ is an iOS learning app and subscription service that helps you earn your apps back by completing short learning sessions.
Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using BRNIQ, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.
Licence to use BRNIQ
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use BRNIQ for your own learning. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its content without our written permission.
Subscriptions and pricing
BRNIQ is offered as a monthly or annual subscription; current pricing is available at brniq.com/upgrade. New users get a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the trial or current period ends. Payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchase or Paddle, depending on how you signed up.
What you must not do
Do not misuse BRNIQ. That includes trying to bypass app blocking, abusing other users, scraping content at scale, or using the service for anything illegal or harmful.
Availability
We aim to keep BRNIQ reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free uptime. Features may change as we improve the product.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrnIQ Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of BRNIQ. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service or breach these terms. You can stop using BRNIQ and cancel your subscription at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date above and provide notice where appropriate. Continued use of BRNIQ after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
